A Breakdown of the PGS 2020 Americas Structure

Roster Rules
All players must be 18+ years old in order to participate in a match.

Rosters must be made up of a minimum of two players from the region the team will be participating in.

We would like to reward the players who participated at the highest level in their respective regional competitions by giving them the opportunity to receive preferential seeding for the PGS Berlin: Americas Qualifier.

Teams who previously competed in Phase 3 of NPL, NPLC, LPPS, or ESL AU & NZ Championship in 2019 can apply to receive preferential seeding as long as the following roster requirements are met.

North America
Round 1: 256 teams, advance top 8 from each lobby (128 advance)
Round 2: 128 teams, advance top 6 from each lobby (48 advance)
Round 3: 64 teams (48 from Round 2 + 16 NPLC), advance top 6 from each lobby (24 advance)
Round 4: 32 teams (24 from Round 3 + 9th/10th Place NPL Phase 3 + Top 6 from NPL Relegation), advance top 4 from each lobby (8 advance)
Round 5: 16 teams (8 from Round 4 + Top 8 NPL Phase 3), advance 8 to offline qualifier

Latin America
Round 1: 256 teams, advance top 8 from each lobby (128 advance)
Round 2: 128 teams, advance top 8 from each lobby (64 advance)
Round 3: 64 teams, advance top 5 from each lobby + 2 highest scoring teams (22 advance)
Round 4: 32 teams (22 from Round 3 + 10 LPPS Phase 3), advance top 8 from each lobby (16 advance)
Round 5: 16 teams, 5 Advance to offline qualifier

Oceania
Round 1: 64 teams, advance top 6 from each lobby (24 advance)
Round 2: 32 teams (24 from Round 1 + Bottom 8 ESL AU & NZ Championship Phase 3)
Round 3: 16 teams (8 from Round 2 + Top 8 ESL AU & NZ Championship Phase 3), advance 3 to offline qualifier

The video further highlights a Glacier Lab skin for the AKM, which makes the weapon look like it has been made from ice. The new lobby of the game has got a winter makeover along with skins for vehicles and winter-themed attires.

The video releases information pertaining to the inclusion of new AWM skin too. It reveals that the loadout system for the TDM mode will now see players being able to predetermine their loadout.

One of the more interesting things revealed by the leakster is the ability of players to download the files for different modes. This gives them the opportunity to not download a mode if they do not aspire to play it. This, in turn, will make the game less heavy as well.

Mr Ghost Gaming has already leaked some of the season 11 Royale Pass earlier that include rewards that players can get as they reach higher levels of the game.

The 0.16.5 update also comes with a new Snowbike, Mode Domination added with a Map in EvoGround and the absence of canted sight and Erangel 2.0.

PUBG Mobile's premium Royale Pass has proved a revenue-generating success in the last month. Since it was implemented, the game's overall revenue has tripled and average daily spend is up by a similar amount.

Sensor Tower estimates indicate that PUBG Mobile's total revenue is up to $30 million, $22 million of which was generated post-Royale Pass. Average amount spent per day is also way up, at about $650,000. That's nearly triple what players spent prior to June 19 (about $220,000 per day), when the Royale Pass launched.

Player unknown battle ground.PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has amassed more than 400 million players across all currently available platforms, developer PUBG Corp. announced today. That figure includes more than 50 million copies of the game sold on Windows PC and Xbox One, the company said.

That means that somewhere around 350 million of those total players are playing the game on mobile devices. PUBG is available on Android and iOS as a free-to-download game.

According to announcement from PUBG Corp., PlayerUnknown’s Battlegroundsdraws more than 87 million players each day across all platforms and 227 million players per month.

In March, PUBG creator Brendan Greene said at the Game Developers Conference that his battle royale game had sold 40 million copies in its first year.

In an effort to sell even more, the game’s publisher is discounting the game on Steam for a limited time. PUBG for PC on Steam is on sale for $19.99 (33 percent off its regular price). This Friday, June 22, PUBG Corp. will release a new map for the game named Sanhok.
